When we spoke with her she also confirmed that she was upset about the noise when she wrote the review but that several of her family members have stayed with us and enjoyed their accommodations. I have since spoke with the guest and she has thanked us and has let us know they will return to redeem the certificate. We offered this guest a Gift Certificate for a future stay. The guest who wrote this review did end up in a building with a larger group, because a member of the group cancelled last minute and this guest called a few days before check-in and booked the open room. We have 5 buildings on our property so we also try to keep groups together, as it creates a nicer atmosphere for all guests. We did have several larger groups in for Labor Day weekend, and we expressed to these groups that they are to respect other guests and respect our property.
